ShambAssist is an IoT advanced and intelligent farm advisory system that utilizes automation and integrated sensors to enable farmers to remotely monitor their farmโs status in real-time. This technology-driven system collects crucial data from various farm parameters, such as soil moisture levels, soil NPK, PH, EC, temperature, humidity, and weather conditions among others. The collected data is transmitted to a digital interface or mobile application accessible to the farmer. This empowers them to make informed-decisions, optimize resource allocation and respond promptly to potential challenges.
In outdoor farming, where crops are grown in open fields subject to the whims of nature, technology plays a crucial role in supporting productivity and sustainability. One of the key technologies used in outdoor farming is the deployment of soil sensors and weather stations throughout farmland.
These sensors, often integrated with weather stations, continuously monitor various soil parameters such as temperature and humidity, soil PH, NPK,EC ,soil moisture, and environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, precipitation, solar radiation, wind speed and wind direction. By collecting real-time data on these factors, farmers gain valuable insights into the conditions that directly impact crop growth and health
